Payment Policy

Awra — RH1 VN Company Limited

1. Overview

This Payment Policy sets out the accepted payment methods, confirmation process, and refund conditions for the Awra VR experience services provided by RH1 VN Company Limited ("RH1 VN", "we", "our", "us").

2. Payment Methods

  • ghi nợ quốc tế: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express. / International credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express.
  • E-wallets: MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, and other e-wallets integrated on our ticketing channels.
  • OTA partner channels: Klook, Traveloka, Ticketbox (subject to each channel's payment policy).
  • Bank transfer: Account name — RH1 VN Company Limited; Account number — [Số tài khoản]; Bank — [Tên ngân hàng].
  • Transfer description must clearly state the booker's full name, session date and time, and order code (if applicable). Example: "NGUYEN VAN A – AWRA – 15/08/2025 10:00 – DH12345".
  • Mastercard tùy địa điểm và tình trạng còn chỗ. / On-site payment: cash (VND) or Visa / Mastercard at the counter, subject to venue and availability.

3. Pricing, Tax & Invoicing

All ticket prices are listed and charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice via official channels.

Electronic VAT invoices (e-invoices) are issued upon request. Please provide invoicing details within 24 hours of payment — we are unable to issue invoices after this window.

4. Payment Confirmation

Online payments are processed immediately. Your e-ticket and booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 30 minutes of successful payment. For bank transfers, bookings are confirmed within 2 business hours of receiving proof of transaction.

5. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before session: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, or one free reschedule.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
  • bất khả kháng: hoàn 100%. / Awra cancels due to technical issues / force majeure: 100% refund.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Tickets purchased through OTA channels (Klook, Traveloka, Ticketbox, etc.) follow that channel's refund terms.

6. Payment Security

All online payment transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your full credit/debit card details. Payment gateways used comply with PCI DSS security standards.

We will never ask you to provide your PIN, banking password, or OTP via email, phone, or any channel. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent — do not share your details and report it to us immediately.

7. Late Payment (Corporate Contracts Only)

For corporate contract orders, where payment is delayed beyond the deadline specified in the contract, a late payment interest rate of 15% per annum applies, calculated on the number of overdue days and the outstanding amount.
