1. Introduction
Welcome to Awra — a Virtual Reality (VR) experience destination developed and operated by RH1 VN Company Limited ("RH1 VN", "we", "our", "us"). Awra invites visitors to immerse themselves in extraordinary virtual worlds through advanced VR technology — where you don't just watch, you become part of the journey.
By booking, purchasing tickets, registering, or participating in any Awra experience (through the website awra.world, our app, partner ticketing channels, or directly at the venue), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide the Awra VR (Virtual Reality) immersive experience — an experience where visitors wear a VR headset and move through a physical space while exploring immersive virtual worlds with spatial audio and interactive elements. Content includes but is not limited to: cultural & historical settings, nature, ocean, outer space, and a variety of imaginative worlds.
Awra may operate as temporary pop-up installations, events, or permanent venues. Schedules, locations, and experience content may change; all changes will be communicated through our official channels.
We reserve the right to engage and/or authorize legitimate third parties to support service operations, while retaining responsibility for the final quality of service delivered.
3. Who May Use Our Services
- Individuals aged 6 years and above.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) throughout the experience.
- Organizations, schools, and corporate groups booking group experiences under a separate agreement with us.
- Support, consultation, and guarantee obligations apply only to customers who have completed a booking or signed a contract with RH1 VN Company Limited.
4. Booking & Confirmation
- Booking information (full name, phone number, email) must be accurate and complete.
- Advance booking is recommended; session slots are limited in capacity.
- A booking is valid only for the specific date, time, and number of guests registered.
- A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. Confirmation and e-ticket will be sent via email within 30 minutes. If not received, please check your spam folder or contact info@rockhillasia.com.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the booked session: Full 100% refund.
- Cancellation between 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, or one free reschedule.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
- If we cancel or suspend a session due to technical issues or force majeure: Customer receives a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. In-experience Rules
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a visitor to leave the experience space for violations of these rules, without obligation to provide a refund where the violation is the visitor's fault.
- Follow all instructions and guidance from Awra staff throughout the experience.
- Not bring food, beverages, or alcohol into the experience area.
- Not run, push, or engage in behavior that could endanger themselves or others.
- Individuals with a history of epilepsy, vertigo, severe motion sickness, or related medical conditions must consult a physician before participating.
- Pregnant individuals are advised against participating in VR experiences.
- Not record or photograph VR content while wearing the headset unless expressly permitted.
7. Health & Risk
Virtual reality experiences may cause temporary dizziness, mild nausea, or disorientation in some individuals. Customers participate voluntarily and acknowledge these potential risks. RH1 VN Company Limited shall not be liable for individual reactions where the customer was fully informed and chose to participate.
8. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the total ticket value paid by the customer for the relevant session.
- Inaccurate booking information provided by the customer.
- Customer violation of in-experience rules.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or governmental orders.
- Individual reactions to VR content where the customer was forewarned of potential risks.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, visuals, audio, design, and materials related to Awra are owned by RH1 VN Company Limited or its licensed partners. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Anti-corruption & Anti-money Laundering
We comply fully with applicable anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws in Vietnam. Corporate customers may be required to provide identity verification and proof of financial origin as required by law.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 14 business days of written notice. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City, conducted in Vietnamese, governed by Vietnamese law.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time with at least 30 days' advance notice via our website or email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
13. General Provisions
- hợp đồng tạo thành toàn bộ thỏa thuận giữa hai bên. / These Terms, together with the booking confirmation / contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
- Third parties have no right to enforce any terms in this document.
- If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- These Terms take effect from the moment the customer completes a booking or uses the service.
